Buildung or making the shape is done by

Generation of an empty tableau with given shape:
- NAME: m_u_t
make_umriss_tableaux
- SYNOPSIS: INT m_u_t(OP a,b)
- DESCRIPTION: You only enter the shape of the tableau a PARTITION
a SKEWPARTITIONobject, and the routine generates a MATRIXobject for
the self part, which is big enough, the umriss
part is a copy of the first parameter a, which is already indicated
by the name make_umriss_tableaux. So the result is a
TABLEAUXobject b.
